CASE STUDIES & LEARNER SUCCESSES
CASE STUDIES
Over the last two decades, it’s been an honour to have worked with thousands of learners and clients from all sectors across 40 countries. Here are just a few of our published case studies.
LEARNER SUCCESSES
Successes are measured in a number of ways for all STAR® Manager programmes and clients receive regular reports with the specific ROI that’s been generated.
Based on previous programmes we expect the Successes to deliver between 5 and 100 times return on your original investment. In a recent academic study the average learner ROI across 62 different organisation was 74 times.

“The course inspired me to look at different methods to help make my team perform at a higher level. It will also help align the company to its strategic intent and develop a coaching culture.”
“This is certainly one of the most useful pieces of training I have undertaken in the last 20 years. It is the single piece of training most likely to have an impact on the performance of me and my teams”
“This course has been a thought provoking, and overall awesome experience. It will have a positive impact on almost all aspects of my role – and will come into play in every discussion I have moving forward, with my key stakeholders and senior leaders.”

“I revised my first two lectures to include more reflective reading for the students and based the tasks around insightful questions. This replaced parts which were me ‘telling’ them information…this worked well and I can do more of this without losing content.”
“This course was different, it utilised some things I knew and some things I didn’t know, however it applied it in a completely different way. It was regularly punctuated with exercises that really demonstrated how the theory works. It will really end up saving me a lot of time in my working day.”
