STAR® Manager is not an e-learning programme. It is a dynamic blended learning programme that just happens to be fully virtual. The benefit to you is that the results from the STAR® Manager programme show that learners are putting into practice their new skills immediately, in bite-sized stages, building new habits faster and often engaging their teams in the learning journey. Notion’s Tutors are also reporting that the quality and standards of the learners’ skills demonstrated during the live Practitioner sessions are higher than even after our live workshops.
