Global coaching and management performance company, Notion, scooped up the award for LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR 2021 at the Personnel Today Awards 2021.
The glitzy awards ceremony hosted by comedian Russel Kane and Rob Moss of Personnel Today took place on 16th November 2021 at The Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane and was attended by over 800 people.
The award for Learning & Development Supplier of the Year recognises innovative thinking, exceptional client service and value for money in supplying learning and development programmes.
Operating in every sector across 30 countries, Notion has been helping clients to transform management performance and organisational cultures, as well as developing sustainable coaching cultures for over two decades.
Notion offers a full service of programme management across their STAR® management development programmes, Coaching Skills Training, Qualifications and Accreditations, Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, and CPD and Supervision.
As global experts in management behavioural change and coaching, Notion are also behind the multi-award winning online management development programme STAR® Manager which offers organisations an innovative and easy way to rapidly transform management, performance and culture.
The transformational STAR® Manager programme has been at the centre of a large UK government trial, independently evaluated by the London School of Economics, which investigated how adopting Operational CoachingTM as a leadership style can drive productivity in organisations. The results of the six-month trial across 62 organisations and 14 sectors documented a statistically significant shift in management behaviour from managing and doing to coaching and leading and an average learner ROI of 74 times, despite the backdrop of the worst economic disaster for centuries.
Accepting the award, Notion’s CEO, Dominic Ashley-Timms said: “I am incredibly proud to receive this award on behalf of everyone at Notion and all our fantastic clients who have made this award possible. Thanks also to Personnel Today for hosting this amazing event.”
