It’s really important for any organisation to be authentic, and we have always made our STAR® programmes accessible to everybody that has joined us. When we developed the Ofqual qualifications we incorporated the Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications into everybody’s roles, and we cannot tell you how proud we were on Friday to formally award 7 STAR® academic qualifications to members of the Notion team, at our first company conference for 3 years.
