If you’re living with other people in lockdown try negotiating a thirty-minute ‘quiet slot’ each day so that you can concentrate. If you have demanding children at home, try coordinating your reading and reflection time with their quieter activities, e.g. watching the TV, reading a book, or that all-important gaming time.

For example, if you hear one of your children say “I can’t do it!” instead of doing something for them, what could you do or say instead? Attend as many Live Learning Stations as you can and get the support (and company) you need
You may be in isolation but you don’t have to feel isolated because there are lots of live elements in your STAR® Manager programme. There will be no disruptions to the Live Learning Stations during your programme so make sure you attend as many as you can so that you can benefit from the expertise and support of our world-class Coaches as well as other learners on the programme.
