Global coaching company Notion took home an impressive two wins and a high commendation across three categories at the virtual Learning Excellence Awards inaugural ceremony on Friday April 23, 2021 for its revolutionary 100% virtual management development programme, STAR® Manager.
Alan Dedicoat, best known as the “Voice of the Balls” on the National Lottery, hosted the event and announced Notion’s awards for STAR® Manager in the following categories:
WINNER – Learning Excellence Award in OUTSTANDING INNOVATION
Notion wins the award in the outstanding innovation category for STAR® Manager, their groundbreaking leadership and management development programme that supports managers at all levels, increasing productivity, performance and engagement by adopting operational coaching-related management behaviours.
