STAR® Coach Programme

Notion’s STAR^® Coach is a multi-award-winning online management skills training programme developed to improve the capability of anyone with line management responsibility for others, by enabling learners to incorporate coaching-related behaviours into their everyday management style, a skillset that has been shown repeatedly to increase employee engagement, productivity and the performance of teams.

Level 3 Award in STAR^® Operational Coaching^TM

The programme can be completed any time, any place, anywhere and on any device… as long as there’s an internet connection. The programme can be started immediately, can be completed in as little as 3 months and learners can gain an (optional) Level 3 qualification in the process! There’s no onerous paperwork or assessments, and most of the learning can be easily integrated into the working day.

If you already have a busy life then fear not, this programme can be completed in bite-sized chunks of just 2 x 30-minute sessions a week.

If you have time for a coffee you now have time for a management development programme!

What is STAR® Coach?

This programme includes 10 online modules, each 20-45 minutes long. The modules are focused on developing YOU and YOUR management style. Each module has a variety of activities to complete and all include a workplace ‘Mission’ to embed the learning, followed by a guided reflection exercise.

What's Included in the Programme?

STAR^® Coach is a fully supported development programme and not bits of ad hoc e-learning stuck together. Therefore, in addition to the excellent online content, you’ll also get invitations to fortnightly masterclasses with some of the worlds most experienced tutors as well as full programme management support with our dedicated Client Success Team. STAR^® Coach Practitioner programmes also include an extra ‘Practitioner’ module with a 90-minute live zoom session with a Notion Tutor. Their mission is your success.
