But Gen Zers also report high incidences of mental ill-health and the least positive outlook (according to McKinsey). They’re hyper-aware of their own well-being and also are more susceptible to stress and overwhelm one survey of 12,000 adults found a staggering 98% of those aged 18-24 reported symptoms of work-induced burnout.
